Our Process…

Consultation meetings can be held in person, over the phone or completely through email. These meetings are meant to go over every detail of your rental, take payment, and allow the client to look at the product they are renting if choosing to meet in person.

Linen rental delivery is provided the day before the event in hopes that the client looks at the product’s quality and confirms the quantity before the day of the event. Two day early pick up can be an option if availability allows it. Clients can meet staff at a previously decided location to receive items. All payments must be completed before delivery takes place.

Items are expected to be returned within 48 hours of client’s event. For weddings, this would be on the following Monday if held on Saturday. Items will be examined for damage and the client would be contacted for further payment if linen can not be repaired by staff. Meet up will be scheduled prior to the event to return all pieces rented.

Once you have booked your event, please reach out to see our availability. During your consultation, we will discuss linen color, quantity, and price.

Linens rented from us are $15 per piece. This includes pressed linens, delivery and meet up for returns.

The linens need to be returned within 48 hours of the event. Our team will schedule this meet up with you to ensure there is no confusion.

There will be a charge for all pieces that are damaged beyond repair. The cost is an additional $15 per damaged piece.
